The Core Apartment Residences

The Core Apartment Residences are two beautifully restored historic buildings located just minutes from Washington University School of Medicine, The Central West End and Forest Park. The Core has fully furnished all-inclusive apartments, making your move easy and simple. 

MAKING YOUR LIFE EASY

The Core Apartment Residences offers 160 units, comprised of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments.

TEMPORARY STAYS

The Core Apartment Residence offers temporary housing options for guests of the University who wish to stay for two days up to three months. Each guest must be a visiting student or be sponsored by a WUSTL department to be eligible. For a list of current rates, please email [email protected].



Parking

Parking is available within walking distance of the medical school campus.

818 Fitness

818 Fitness is a fully functioning fitness center available from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. seven days a week with cardio and weight equipment and a group exercise room.
